Who processes your data

What data we process and why

You get an account in RS-Team Care by invitation - from us or from the company you work for. We process:

• Account data - email address, first and last name, phone number, language, role, the company you belong to, the date the account was created, and optionally a profile image. We use it to run your account, let you log in, and provide our service and contact you about it - on the basis of the contract with you or your company (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in serving our business clients (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Your password - stored only in a securely hashed form; we can't read it.
• Notifications - what happened that concerns you (e.g. a new person in your team), shown on the site. In your profile you choose whether you also get them by email and by text message, to your phone number.
• Technical data - the IP address and time of requests to the site, kept in server logs to keep the site secure and working (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other websites.

Who we share it with

Only with companies that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

The site does not load anything from other companies (fonts, scripts, analytics), so visiting it does not send your data anywhere else.

How long we keep it

• have it erased or its processing restricted,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• receive your data in a portable format,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
